Suspected Caravinas have shot dead a 65- year -old man of Chilwinji village in Chavuma district in North Western Province.
The incident happened on Sunday at about 20 hours (8 pm) at the deceased house on the Zambezi west bank but nothing was stolen from him.
North Western Province Police second in command Luckson Sakala confirmed the incident to ZANIS in Solwezi today and identified the deceased as Kanjingwa Samukoko.
Mr Sakala said Samukoko died on the spot and his body is lying in Chavuma district hospital mortuary adding, that Police have since launched a manhunt for the killers.
